Operations Manager

Kevin Barry served 27 years in law enforcement with high level roles of local and state government. Kevin was the Deputy Superintendent/Lieutenant Colonel and Chief of Field Operations and Commanding Officer of the Rhode Island Department of Public Safety with oversight of the State Police, Capitol Police, Sheriff’s, E-911, Rhode Island Municipal Training Academy and the Grants Administrative Office. Kevin served over 10 years in the detective division with High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force (HIDTA), the State Police Intelligence Unit investigating organized crime, and after 911 was assigned to the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force investigating domestic and international terrorism cases. Kevin is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and served in the United States Marine Corps. 

Director of Sales

Patrick McQuade is an investor, operator, and advisor focused on building and scaling mission-driven businesses. After leading business development for a $3B Private Wealth team at Morgan Stanley, he left to launch a family office platform focused on venture investing, real assets, and strategic operating partnerships. Patrick brings a background in finance, governance, and public policy, holding degrees from Columbia University and Boston College. He serves as President of the Board of Trustees at Providence Country Day School and sits on multiple nonprofit boards. Through investing, media, and advisory work, he supports leaders building durable, impact-oriented companies.

Director of Technology

Stephen Palazzo is a U.S. Air Force veteran who deployed during Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and Operation Inherent Resolve (OIR). He is an FAA Part 107 certified drone pilot with a focus on practical aerial surveillance and property security applications. Stephen combines his military experience with modern drone technology to help monitor land, property, and facilities from the air. His work centers on using drones to improve visibility, awareness, and response for property owners and organizations. With an interest in emerging security technology and aviation, he is focused on building reliable drone-based solutions that provide clear information and dependable aerial oversight when it matters most.

Director of Cyber Security

Matt is a seasoned cybersecurity expert with over two decades of experience covering every discipline in the field; from threat intelligence and penetration testing to digital forensics, incident response, and security architecture. In the United States Air Force, Matt honed his skills defending critical military infrastructure and classified networks in high-stakes environments where failure was never an option. Matt has advised Fortune 500 companies, the Defense Industrial Base, and government agencies on building resilient security programs. Matt owns an engineering, intelligence, and cyber security firm that supports the Department of War.
